Description

These perfect jammy eggs are boiled for 7 minutes resulting in eggs with gooey, jam-like yolk centers and set egg whites. It is the best way eat “nature’s multivitamin,” eggs!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Just enough to cover how many eggs you are boiling.
  2. Once the water is at a steady boil, carefully add in the eggs with a slotted spoon. Boil for exactly 7 minutes.
  3. While the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice bath in a shallow bowl. Simply combine a couple of handfuls of ice with cold water.
  4. Remove the boiled eggs from the pot and immediately place in the ice bath for 2 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy! Cut the perfect soft boiled eggs in half. Add a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
