For the chicken tenders:
- 1 ½ pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into tenders
- 1 ¼ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- ⅓ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt, divided
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, divided
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce

Instructions
For the hot honey sauce:
- Combine the honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and salt in a saucepan over medium low heat. Warm for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to steep while you make the chicken.
For the chicken tenders:
- Combine the panko, flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and ½ teaspoon of black pepper in a wide bowl. Stir well.
- In a second wide bowl, add the beaten egg, milk, hot sauce and remaining salt and pepper. Whisk together.
- Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then into the panko mixture. Press the panko to the outside to make it stick. Set the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet. Spray the chicken tenders with olive oil spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390F.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer in a single layer, leaving some space between them. Cook for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken is done when the internal temperature measures 165F.
- Drizzle the honey sauce over the chicken tenders and serve.
