- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Green onions
Instructions
- Set the oven to broil.
- Cut the salmon filets into bite-size pieces, about 1 inch in size. You can also remove the skin from the fillets if you would like – I personally like to.
- Add the salmon pieces to a medium bowl. Add the melted butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
- Combine thoroughly until all the salmon chunks are coated in the honey garlic mixture.
- Place the salmon pieces skin side down on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Spread evenly. Add any extra sauce on top.
- Broil for 5 minutes. Flip the salmon bites. Broil for another 3 minutes.
- Serve with green onions and enjoy!
