Description

Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are an easy, healthy, and delicious dinner recipe! Made with cubed salmon, butter, honey, fresh garlic, and soy sauce … these bites are tender, flakey, flavorful, and saucy. Plus this meal comes together in about 20 minutes with only a few simple ingredients. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to broil.
  2. Cut the salmon filets into bite-size pieces, about 1 inch in size. You can also remove the skin from the fillets if you would like – I personally like to.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to a medium bowl.  Add the melted butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
  4. Combine thoroughly until all the salmon chunks are coated in the honey garlic mixture.
  5. Place the salmon pieces skin side down on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.  Spread evenly.  Add any extra sauce on top.
  6. Broil for 5 minutes. Flip the salmon bites. Broil for another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve with green onions and enjoy!
