Description

Get ready to spice up your snack time with my easy 4-ingredient Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe! This spectacularly cheesy dip might taste naughty, but it’s packed with protein and is lower in fat and calories than classic recipes. Bound to be a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • (2) 12.5 oz can of chicken, white premium chunk chicken breast (or about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken)
  • 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Next add the canned chicken to a large mixing bowl and break apart any large chunks with a fork. 
  3. Then add the cottage cheese to a blender. Blend until smooth. You can add a dash of water if needed.
  4. Add the blended cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce to the chicken. Combine thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the buffalo chicken dip mixture to a greased large baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with an additional drizzle of buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve and enjoy! I like to serve with tortilla chips and raw veggie sticks.
