- (2) 12.5 oz can of chicken, white premium chunk chicken breast (or about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken)
- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Next add the canned chicken to a large mixing bowl and break apart any large chunks with a fork.
- Then add the cottage cheese to a blender. Blend until smooth. You can add a dash of water if needed.
- Add the blended cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce to the chicken. Combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the buffalo chicken dip mixture to a greased large baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with an additional drizzle of buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and chopped green onions.
- Serve and enjoy! I like to serve with tortilla chips and raw veggie sticks.
