- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 3/4 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. See the blog post for all my tips!
- Next chop the hard boiled eggs into small bite sized pieces.
- Add the chopped eggs, red onion, dill pickles, mayo, dijon mustard, and fresh dill to a large bowl. Combine evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a sandwich, salad, or wrap. Enjoy!
