Description

My deliciously creamy, perfectly tangy, surprisingly high-protein Dill Pickle Dip recipe is quite possibly my new favorite snack. Best of all, it’s simply made with fewer than 10 ingredients and just 10 minutes of active prep (including clean-up!), making it the perfect last-minute appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 5 ounce Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Dill Pickles, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Pickle Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Additional fresh dill and diced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese and greek yogurt in a high speed blender or food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  3. Add in the diced pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Stir before serving and garnish with fresh dill and additional pickles if desired.
