- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add 1/2 of the banana, almond milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth, but don’t over-mix. 30-45 seconds should be just enough!
- Pour the blended oat mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin. Slice the other half of the banana. Top with chocolate chips and the banana slices. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Top with peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Serve and enjoy!
