Parsley Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon is an easy, healthy, and delicious dinner recipe that you can have on your table in under 30 minutes! Oven baked to crispy, golden brown perfection … this simple salmon is made with Panko breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, garlic powder, and topped with fresh lemon juice. It is buttery, cheesy, flavorful, and perfect for spring!


  • 2 salmon fillets, skinless
  • 3 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh lemon


  1. Set the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a bowl add the Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  Combine evenly.
  3. Thoroughly coat the salmon filets in the melted butter.  Next place the filets in the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.  Coat all sides thoroughly with the crust mixture.
  4. Transfer the crusted salmon filets to a baking tray.  Drizzle with any remaining butter.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.  Then broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the salmon.
  6. Add fresh lemon juice on top & enjoy!
