Description
Baked Chicken Nuggets are made with chicken tenderloins, Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and simple seasonings! These homemade nuggets are easy to make and are oven-baked to crispy, golden perfection. Dip in ketchup or honey mustard for a fun meal both kids and adults alike will love!

- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 1/2 Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Start by cleaning and preparing your chicken tenderloins. Then cut into bite sized chunks.
- Next combine the Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl add and whisk the eggs. Lastly, add the flour to another separate bowl.
- Then bread your chicken nuggets. First coat each nugget in the flour, then coat in the egg, and lastly coat in the breadcrumbs. Make sure each layer and coating is done thoroughly. I also recommend dripping off any excess egg or flour before moving to the next step.
- Next add the breaded nuggets to a greased baking tray in one flat layer. Spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip the nuggets and bake for another 8 minutes. Then broil for 3-5 minutes at the end to crisp them up. Watch carefully to not burn!
