Almond Butter Blondies are bound to be your new go-to treat! These healthy blondies are everything a blondie should be – chewy & gooey, loaded with chocolate, and easy to make. Plus they’re gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and paleo friendly!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup refined coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the almond butter, eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Then add in the dry ingredients – almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine evenly.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Next transfer the blondie batter to a greased or lined 8×8 baking dish. Optional: Top with more chocolate chips!
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
