Almond Butter Blondies are bound to be your new go-to treat! These healthy blondies are everything a blondie should be – chewy & gooey, loaded with chocolate, and easy to make. Plus they’re gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and paleo friendly!




  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the almond butter, eggs, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Then add in the dry ingredients – almond flour, baking powder, and salt.  Combine evenly.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Next transfer the blondie batter to a greased or lined 8×8 baking dish.  Optional: Top with more chocolate chips!
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
