- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- Olive oil spray
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- First thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes. Then poke holes all over the potatoes with a fork.
- Thoroughly coat the pierced potatoes in olive oil spray, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes. Or until the inside of the potato is softened to your liking. You should be able to pierce the potato with a sharp knife very easily.
