Description
Air Fried Ravioli is a quick and easy 4-ingredient appetizer recipe! These crispy, crunchy, and cheesy raviolis are coated in seasoned Panko breadcrumbs and air fried to golden perfection. They’re healthier than a deep fried option and perfect for a party. Best served with parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and marinara sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 30 cheese raviolis (frozen)
- 2 cups seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Add the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to one bowl. Combine.
- Next add the eggs to a separate bowl and whisk.
- Coat each ravioli evenly in the egg mixture and then coat in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs carefully into the ravioli. (I recommend placing all the breaded ravioli on a baking tray before frying.)
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 for 5 minutes. Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket, spray with olive oil, and fry for 7 min. Flip halfway through if you’d like. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will have to do multiple rounds.
- Warm the marinara sauce up on the stovetop over low heat or in the microwave.
- Top the air fried ravioli with grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and then dip in the marinara.
- Enjoy!
