Start by preparing the s'mores elements. Crush the graham crackers and chop the milk chocolate bar
Melt the butter and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine until smooth.
Next add in the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. Stir in the chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Roll into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Add more toppings and bake. Enjoy!
