Add the frozen broccoli florets to a large baking sheet in a single layer.  Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven.  Add the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the broccoli.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
