Start by roughly chopping the orange bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh pineapple.

Next add the ketchup, light brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, and water to a saucepan on the stove over medium heat.  Let simmer for a couple of minutes and then lower the heat to let thicken.

Add the chicken, red onion, bell peppers, and pineapple chunks to a large baking sheet.  Mix and spread.

Then add half of the Hawaiian sauce to the baking sheet.  Combine everything thoroughly and spread in a single layer. Bake.
