Made with lean ground beef, peppers, onions, and a homemade fajita seasoning – this dish is colorful, flavorful, and comes together in about 30 minutes. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef.  Break it apart and cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned.

Next add in the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.  Combine thoroughly. Remove the seasoned beef from the pan.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet with the peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté the vegetables for 10 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
