Carefully cut slices, about ½ inch in thickness, into the French baguette loaf.  However don’t cut completely through the loaf.  You’ll want to keep it intact to stuff it.

Then add the salted butter, minced fresh garlic, shredded parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley to a mixing bowl.  Combine thoroughly. Set aside.

Next wrap up the baguette in aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.

Then unwrap the baguette, add extra parmesan cheese on top, and place back in the oven. Broil on high for about 3 minutes to crisp up the bread and melt the cheese. Keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn.
