Add the oats, almond milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a small pot on the stove over medium heat.

Combine.  Cook until the liquid has absorbed, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Then remove the pot from the heat.  Add the egg whites to the oatmeal, whisking immediately.  Continue to whisk constantly for 1 1/2 minutes.
