First in a mixing bowl combine the melted butter, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Then unroll the cans of crescent roll rough.  Cut the crescent dough into the four rectangles and squeeze the triangle pieces together.

Spread some garlic butter mixture in the middle of each rectangle of dough.  Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Then roll up each rectangle into a long log shape.

Carefully roll out the dough logs a bit to make them thinner and longer.  Then tie each one into bread knots.

Next place the knots on a baking sheet.  Spread the remaining butter mixture on top of the knots.  Sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella cheese too.  Bake for 25 minutes.
