Coat the chicken breasts with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.  Rub into both sides of the chicken.

Then add the olive oil to the bottom of a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.  Once the oil is heated, add the chicken breasts to the pan.  Fry on one side until golden brown, flip, and fry the other side.

Next add the butter, garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme to the same pan.  Sauté for 1-2 minutes, being careful to not burn the garlic.

Then add the chicken broth and half & half.  Combine.

Place the chicken breast into the creamy sauce.  Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, to ensure the chicken is fully cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
