Banana Almond Milk Pure Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract Oats

Cinnamon Baking Powder Salt Chocolate Chips


Add 1/2 of the banana, almond milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to a high speed blender.

Blend until smooth, but don’t over-mix. 30-45 seconds should be just enough!

Pour the blended oat mixture into a small baking dish or ramekin. Slice the other half of the banana.  Top with chocolate chips and the banana slices. Bake for 20 minutes.
