- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk of choice, or a bit more for a thinner consistency
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the chia seed pudding mixture to an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight or at least for a few hours.
- Serve and enjoy! I like to add more yogurt, fresh fruit, nut butter, granola, etc.
